Greek Pizza

Ingredients - Dough

  • 500g self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 30g butter, softened
  • 300ml of milk
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Ingredients - Toppings

  • 170g Yamas! Graviera Cheese
  • 150g Yamas!Mild Feta or Yamas! Smoked Greek Cheese
  • 4 cherry tomatoes cut in thin slices or 12 sun dried tomatoes
  • 8 black Greek olives, stones removed


1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

2. Combine all dough ingredients. Knead for 20 minutes and set aside in a warm place until the oven has preheated. The dough will start to rise. Roll out to a thickness of approximately 1/4 inch, and brush the top lightly with olive oil.

3. Place thin slices of the Yamas! Graviera around the pizza, and crumble the Yamas! Mild Feta or Yamas! Smoked Greek cheese along with the olives and tomatoes.

4. Bake at 390°F (200°C) for approximately 30 minutes, until the cheese is nicely melted and the crust starting to turn golden, and serve.
