Saganaki bites

  • One 150g pack of Yamas! Saganaki
  • 125g white flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 lemons, sliced lengthways into eight pieces
  • Salad, to serve (optional)
  • Tomato relish (optional)


1. Take the Saganaki and moisten both sides with water

2. Cover on both sides with the seasoned flour.

3. Melt the butter over a medium heat and fry the cheese for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on each side. The cheese will form a textured layer on the top and bottom but will remain soft in the centre

4. Remove the Saganaki from the heat and slice into eight cubes approximately 15mm across
